I'll admit that I didn;t even know that a show like the Heartbeat of America existed until I received an e-mail from the American Solar Energy Society telling me about a feature cum interview on this show: http://ases.heartbeatofamerica.tv/index2.html The video is a brief description of the potential for solar energy in the USA and visitors here should have no problem using the information to point to the possibilities wherever they may be.
