India Ships Its Biodiesel Raw Material Abroad

Think of the stupidity of it all - a country that bleeds from being ripped off (like most of the rest of the world, I may add) by oil producers, embarks upon the growing of a biodiesel crop - jatropha - and then finds that it has no blending facilities to use this fuel itself and shipss it abroad.
